I'm Luba Slatkovska, a medical writer and consultant specializing in patient education, publications, and evidence generation. Before founding Principal Medical Writers Group (PMW Group), I spent 20+ years in medical writing, consulting, and clinical research, eventually leading teams.

The name Principal Medical Writers Group reflects how I work: every project is handled at a principal level — whether by me or by vetted senior writers and consultants in my network, independent peers working alongside me as equals rather than as junior support. This principal-level model is built for specialized, complex work that benefits from senior hands from start to finish. Versus the typical agency model, where senior staff move into management and the writing passes to more junior team members (an approach better suited to more general projects).
